Kristin - love to read your newsletters. Good to hear you say how content you are to be on the farm doing your online business. I can’t imagine going back to the needlework biz. My life is full and I wouldn’t like to add all that stress. Taking care of Phil is my new full time job! I still knit and crochet, but for charities and family! Be well. ❤️
So nice to hear from you Nancy! Been so long but I still feel connected to you and all the other folks I met during those years. I hope Phil is doing okay. I've seen your knitting on IG. Thank goodness for that as it keeps us all connected. Thanks so much for writing. Miss you!
Awww . . . little lambies and mama. Collier Campbell were my favorite bed and bath linens back in the 80s, and I'm still using a sheet set similar to the Cote D'Azure print (because I had the foresight to buy duplicates). I never knew their story. Thanks so much for this. I have yet to try colorwork knitting, but your Norwegian Dreams Pullover might just spur me on to new heights.
Another Collier Campbell fan! I didn't think to buy doubles of things. I think that's something you learn with age. Now if I find a pair of shoes that fit and I can afford it, I'll buy a second pair. There is a lot to discover about Collier Campbell. Would love to meet Sarah someday. What a talent.
I'm a big fan of yours, too! The socks in your Kristin Knits book were what inspired me to learn to knit 10 years ago. Absolutely love how you've decorated your home.
Love the picture of the lambies and their attentive mother! I grew up on a sheep ranch, and lambing season was my favorite, in spite of all the work. Also love the colorful knitting.
Thanks for writing Meredith. I'm sure those memories run deep. Although our daughter says she is not interested in any of it, I think she will remember it as a fond memory -- like you. Yes it is a lot of work and very messy and dirty but interesting all around. Thanks for reading and writing!
Congratulations on the new babies!! Few more months for me before they start hitting the ground.
Hope your lambing will go well. We’re in a lull now. Waiting for the first timers. Enjoy your Substack stories!

Thanks so much Franne. That was a good book. I don’t know if it is still in print. Need to find out. Hope you are still knitting.
Best- Kristin
