Grilled Lamb Rib Chops for Fathers Day

Hello Friends of Leyden Glen Farm -

We're celebrating Dads here at Leyden Glen Farm this weekend. To celebrate the special Dad or Man in your life, stop by our market stand in Amherst and pick up some Rib Chops at a special price of $10/lb (normally $13.95/lb).

Harvest some mint and parsley and make up a simple and flavorful pesto. Find the recipe here. It is great on all kinds of meats and veggies too. Rib chops are quick to prepare on the grill or by searing in a cast iron pan. So delicious.

Come see Farmer Mark and your other favorite farmers on Saturday on the Amherst Common from 8:00 to 1:30.
