No Winter Farmers Tomorrow in Amherst

Hello Friends of Leyden Glen Farm -

Just a quick note that there is no Amherst Winter Farmers Market tomorrow. Next week CISA is sponsoring Winter Fair at the market and there will be lectures and some fun happenings.

If you have some ground lamb in your freezer, I found a new recipe that I'm going to try this weekend. Maybe you might want to also.

It's called Moussaka Lasagna Roll-Ups (what a mouthful) and it sounds kind of good. Here is the link to it.
