Leg of Lamb for Holiday Meals

Hello Friends of Leyden Glen Farm:

Tomorrow Leyden Glen Lamb will be at the Amherst Winter Farmers Market at the Amherst Middle School from 10 to 1:30.

We have 10 gorgeous full legs of lamb that are perfect for your holiday celebrations. A full leg of lamb makes an incredible beautiful presentation on a large platter. We have various sizes - from 4 to 7 pounds. We only get these in once a year for holiday meals. Price is $12 per pound.

We also have half legs - both bone in and boneless ($13/lb).

Not sure how much to serve. General rule of thumb - purchase 1/2 pound per person of boneless leg or 3/4 pound per person for bone in leg.

There are only 2 markets before Christmas - tomorrow and next week (no market on the 24th) so let us know if you would like us to hold one of these gorgeous legs for you. Either call us at 413-774-6514 or email
