Braised Lamb Shanks - Perfect Weekend Meal

Hello Lamb Friends:

Just wanted to let you know that tomorrow January 30th is the date of the Winter Fare at the Amherst Winter Farmers Market. There are plenty of special activities for you and your family to enjoy.

Hours are 10 to 2 and it is held at the Amherst Middle School. For more information, click here.

To celebrate Winter Fare this week, we are having a SALE on LAMB SHANKS.

Regular price is $9.95 per pound. Tomorrow they will be $8.00 per pound. They are packed two shanks per pack and normally range in weight from 1 1/4 lbs to 1 3/4 lbs per pack.
