Just a quick note here towards the end of summer to let you know our Lamb Sausage is available once again. Yippee! Flavored lightly with salt, pepper, and fennel, it is a perennial favorite of many of our customers.

Stop by the Amherst Farmers Market on Saturday or the Tuesday Market in Northampton and bring some home.

Our lamb sausage is great on the grill or can be stir-fried and added to a veggie delight. Try it as a pizza topping.

Also new to our product range are Lamb Kabobs. Cut into cubes from the leg of the lamb, packages are about 1 pound. Here's an easy and delicious recipe for Marinated Lamb Kabobs with Summer Veggies and a Couscous Raisin Salad.
